Service scope

F1 Elite AI Global Concierge helps members coordinate luxury hospitality, travel, event access, and related concierge requests. Availability, supplier terms, and event conditions can vary by request and destination.

Membership applications

Membership is application-only. Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a particular booking outcome.

Payments and suppliers

When a payment is required, it is completed through the secure Stripe-powered checkout provided for the relevant offer. Additional supplier terms, cancellation conditions, and costs will be communicated when applicable to your request.
